Chris Lanier is a NY based food stylist with twenty years experience creating seasonable dishes from the farm to the table. Working in a range of established restaurants such as Cafe Boulud and WD-50 as well as private chef work for multiple NYC families, Chris’s interest in food styling developed over time. He began to gain creative knowledge about how to make food not just taste delicious but appeal to our senses and emotions and simply look irresistible.
Chris works with a range of clients including Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Hillshire Farms, Fogo De Chao, Oscar Mayer, Food Network Magazine, Farmer John, Alouette Cheese, Keurig and Crate & Barrel to name a few.
Chris's cooking has always been focused on finding the very best ingredients and products. He and his wife currently reside in Brooklyn and are the proud owners of Ravenwood Farm in the Catskills, where they are busy nurturing organic vegetables, herbs, honey, maple syrup and fruit trees.
